Today, food studies have come to form a part of anthropology, the study of humanity. The study of food is limited not just to cooking and cuisines but is a universal medium that makes one aware of a wide range of cultural and social factors. One’s food choices are affected by a number of aspects ranging from geographical location and income levels to caste, religion and even sex.This section is dedicated to looking into some of these aspects that effect food and are intern effected by food.
